Here you get your conference ticket (and access to special rate lodging)
This is a two-step process. Please read these instructions carefully.
The Gebser + Jung Now Conference begins the afternoon of Thursday October 10, 2019 and goes through the afternoon of Sunday October 13, 2019. Friday and Saturday will have full-day programs, including evening activities.
Step 1: Conference Registration
Indicate your Conference Registration choice(s) below. After you click Buy Now, you will be routed to PayPal for payment. You can pay by credit card; a PayPal account is not required.
On this page, local residents and those not staying at Asilomar can purchase a meal pass for $240 for the full conference (Thursday dinner, Friday–Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch).
An on-site café serves à la carte items; however, they cannot be brought into the dining hall.
Step 2: Lodging Reservation
After registration is completed on Paypal, click on the following button (in the Paypal website):
You will be taken automatically to the Asilomar Reservation page. You get a discounted room rate by booking through our Asilomar link. (Please do not book through Asilomar’s main website, as your reservation will not be counted toward our minimum.)
ALL MEALS are included with the Asilomar Reservation. The room and board rate is very reasonable compared to other arrangements. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food options are available. Please indicate whether you require one of those options. Several types of rooms are available for upgrade. You may extend your stay before/after the conference for the same rate.
If you would like to have a (same-sex) roommate, Asilomar will facilitate that for you. Check the appropriate box.
If you wish to prolong your stay to enjoy the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula and Big Sur, you can arrange rooms/rates with Asilomar. It is possible to get the same room rate or to upgrade to a different room.

The fee for the program is $210 (through July 31; $275 from August 1 onward). The conference fee does not include accommodations. No refunds will be given after September 10, 2019.
